I’m responsible for the reconfiguration of all hospitals across the Dorset area.

We were keen to give staff and patients wellbeing and rest space. We have lots of corridors, small spaces, big open areas. We were looking for really innovative solutions, also with lots of variety in their range for 1, 2 or 4 people, and the Nooks really fit the bill.

Both patients and staff have used them non-stop since they came in.

A lot of patients come in in a stress state and the Nooks give that tranquil opportunity in what can be a very busy chaotic space.

We have placed three separate orders for Nooks now as the demand grows, as they prove their worth and as our transformation across the zone continues.”
